This is me. 7 a.m.
Not wanting to do the things.
Not wanting to leave the house.
And also, not wanting to have a bad day.

Just before I left, I was able to squeeze in a quick meditation. And in those brief moments, I heard: Love. Look at everything with love.

I get to show up for kids.

I get to share my energy and my light.

I get to see the people I love.

I get to go to work.

I get to be grateful and appreciative of so much.

Is it always rainbows and butterflies? No! But, I get to choose how I see it. And in each moment, I can choose again. If I make the wrong choice, I choose again.

So, I chose to sing and dance my way to work. I chose to have a good day. I chose to see things differently.

We all have a choice. What are you choosing?
