While it is Kindness Week and today is Random Acts of Kindness Day, I love this message from Houston Kraft to make kindness normal.

Instead of waiting for this one day to be kind, why not just be kind everyday?

Kind to yourself and kind to others. Kind to the world around you. Making kindness your daily approach to life.

So, maybe this is the day you start. Ask yourself, have you been kind today?

Or, maybe we think of this as a week of extra kindness. This is a day we do something extra for someone. But, let’s not lose sight of just how much kindness matters on all days, in all ways.

“Your acts of kindness are iridescent wings of divine love, which linger and continue to uplift others long after your sharing.” – Rumi

How have you been kind today? What’s your favorite way to show kindness to others?
