I see you and I love you.

I’m saying this as much to myself as I am to you. For years, I struggled with feelings of unworthiness. Feeling like I was unlovable. Like I wasn’t good enough.

With the help of my spiritual teacher, Delphi Divine, I’ve done the work to heal past trauma. Moved the energy that’s kept me stuck. I’ve let go of those old beliefs, those stories, those patterns and learned to love myself first. And, I’m still healing and learning. Learning to love my shadows and know there’s no good or bad, right or wrong. It’s all me, and it’s all deserving of love.

I can now look in the mirror and confidently say, “I love you.” How often do you tell yourself the same?

On this day, let’s all do the work to love ourselves a little more because it’s only when we love ourselves that we can truly love others. Be love. Look for love wherever you go. Open your eyes. Open your heart and create the love you wish to have.

I love you. I love you. I love you.
